How do I get a SoundScore for my track?
Upload your track in the SonifyMusic app. Analysis runs automatically and your SoundScore report is ready in a few minutes — you'll be notified when it's done.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also email support@sonifymusic.ai and we'll process the deletion for you.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime on your device under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
I found a bug or have feedback.
We'd love to hear it. Email support@sonifymusic.ai with your device, iOS version, and what happened, and we'll get on it.
